Panel layout, inverter sizing, expected generation month by month, and an itemised bill of materials — so you can compare quotes on equal terms.

Subsidy & DISCOM paperwork
National portal registration, vendor onboarding, feasibility approval and the net-metering application. You sign; we chase.

Installation & commissioning
Mounting structure, DC and AC cabling, earthing and lightning protection, inverter commissioning — then a full performance test before we leave.

Net meter, portal & service plan
Bi-directional meter installed, monitoring portal set up on your phone, a walkthrough of what good generation looks like, and an annual maintenance plan.

Questions
Before you call.
How much roof area do I actually need?
Budget roughly 90–100 sq ft of shadow-free area per kW, once you allow for row spacing and a walkway to clean the panels. A typical 3 kW home system therefore wants around 300 sq ft. Water tanks, parapets and neighbouring buildings all cast shadows we measure during the survey.
What subsidy can I get?
Residential rooftops can claim under the PM Surya Ghar scheme — published rates are ₹30,000 per kW for the first 2 kW, ₹18,000 for the third, capped at ₹78,000 for systems of 3 kW and above. Commercial and agricultural connections are not covered by this scheme. Rates and eligibility change, so we confirm the current position in writing before you order.
How long does the whole thing take?
The physical installation is usually 2–5 days on site. The longer pole is the DISCOM: feasibility approval, net-meter sanction and inspection add several weeks depending on the load and the office. We file and follow up on all of it.
What happens at night, or when it's cloudy?
On a grid-tied system you simply draw from the grid, and the units you exported on sunny days offset what you import — that's what net metering does. If you want power during outages as well, you need a hybrid system with a battery, which we'll price separately so you can see what the backup actually costs.
What maintenance does a solar plant need?
Mostly cleaning. Dust on the glass is the single biggest avoidable loss in this region — a wash every few weeks in dry season makes a visible difference. Beyond that, an annual check of connections, earthing, mounting bolts and inverter logs. We offer an annual maintenance plan that covers it.
